Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened, items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or credit, less shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  All returns must be unwashed or dyed, uncut, and in the original packaging.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with an Authorization Number and instructions for how to return items from your order.  No item may be returned for credit or refund without an Authorization Number and advance notice.  

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and products shipped to international destinations are always sent via USPS.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please note, these are estimated dates only and not a promise of delivery date.

Also, note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are dimensional weight-based. The weight and length of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound, and, in some cases are included in "group tables" established by the shipping companies.
